After getting some of the best reviews of her career (take this
piece written by Vanity Fair's always excellent Katey Rich) for her work in Darren Aronofsky's "Noah", Emma Watson is already busy on her next project, the thriller "Regression" co-starring Ethan Hawke.
Below is the first image from the film, officially released the other day.
Though the plot is still being kept under wraps, Watson stars as a young woman making an accusation against her father, who has committed an "unspeakable crime", while Hawke plays the detective investigating the case.
The film is directed and written by Alejandro Amenabar, best known for his movie "The Others" starring Nicole Kidman. That film was a critical and box office success (grossing more than $200 million worldwide), and also received several nominations at the BAFTA's and Golden Globes.
The film is set to be released on August 28th, 2015 by the Weinstein Company.
